Basic Workflow
Step Process Operation Notes
1 Print Print the DTF design on PET film while the ink layer remains wet
2 Powder Apply powder evenly and remove loose excess powder
3 Melt Cure until the powder turns into a smooth adhesive film
4 Press Transfer with suitable time, temperature and pressure for the fabric
5 Peel Peel according to film type and run a wash test before bulk production
Production Note: Always test fabric, film, ink, powder amount, curing temperature and press settings before bulk orders. Keep the powder sealed after opening to avoid moisture absorption.
