A customer from India recently visited Guangzhou Qicaihong Office Consumables Co., Ltd. to inspect our DTF ink products and factory supply capabilities. With the requirements of India's garment-printing market in mind, the discussion focused on performance during continuous printing, batch-to-batch consistency, equipment compatibility, and support for volume purchasing.
Why Long-Term Stability Matters More Than a Single Sample
In daily DTF production, customers rarely work with only one or two test prints. They need to complete ongoing orders and replenish consumables across multiple batches. Smooth ink flow, reliable white ink opacity, consistent CMYK color, and compatibility among the ink, PET film, hot melt powder, and production settings can all affect delivery efficiency.
During the factory tour, our team explained the main stages of DTF ink production, inspection, filling, packaging, and storage. We also discussed batch management and pre-shipment checks. The customer learned more about the characteristics of DTF white and color inks, as well as ink-path maintenance, printhead condition, and parameter settings for common Epson-based systems such as the XP600, I1600, and I3200.
One point we regularly discuss with overseas customers is that the same ink may perform differently across machines and workflow combinations. Before changing to a new ink, users should first check the condition of the existing ink path. A complete test should then be conducted with the printer, RIP software, ICC profile, PET film, hot melt powder, and heat press settings that will be used in production. Calibrating the full workflow provides a more realistic assessment than comparing a single specification.
Packaging, Specifications, and Supply for the Indian Market
India's DTF market includes small custom-printing shops, distributors, and volume-production businesses. Their requirements vary in packaging size, purchase quantity, and brand presentation. Qicaihong can provide flexible product specifications, neutral packaging, and customized brand labels. We also supply DTF hot melt powder, PET transfer film, cleaning solutions, and other consumables, allowing customers to test and purchase matched products from one source.
Both teams also discussed the process from sample approval to bulk orders. For customers planning to distribute DTF consumables in their local market, early-stage evaluation should cover more than image quality. It is useful to record performance during continuous printing, restarting after idle periods, curing and heat pressing, and wash tests on finished transfers. Clear test conditions make future product selection, technical communication, and repeat purchasing more consistent.
Making Future Cooperation More Practical
A factory visit allows a customer to review the products, production process, and supply service in one place. It also helps the supplier understand the customer's equipment configuration and market position more accurately. This visit established a clearer foundation for further sample matching, packaging confirmation, and supply discussions with the Indian customer.
Qicaihong will continue to support overseas print businesses, consumables distributors, and private-label customers with DTF ink and related products developed around practical printing needs. We welcome customers to visit our factory and bring their equipment information, samples, and process requirements for direct discussion with our technical and sales teams.
